CloudPoints Consulting is a born in the cloud organisation involved in the architectural design, installation and configuration of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. CloudPoints Consulting Group is made up of teams who are dedicated, passionate, intelligent, and self-motivated individuals who ensure high customer satisfaction in the consulting engagements we deliver to our customers.

**Role Description**:
The role at CloudPoints Consulting is to implement cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 for our customers. This is a role for a fresh graduate with a can do attitude. You will be supported by an experienced technical consultant where you will become Microsoft cloud certified and work on Microsoft cloud focused engagements.

**Responsibilities**

With the support and mentoring from a Senior Cloud Consultant, you will:

- Configure and support Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) offerings around Compute, Storage, Network.
- Configure and support Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Configure and support Windows 10/11 client deployment for cloud and on-premises management.
- Handle any follow up technical issues and participate in the resolution of these issues through to completion.
- Report updates and communicate project updates diligently within the project timelines.
- Communicate updates and progress to Project Managers and Team Leads.
- Build relationships with customers to maintain a good customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge Windows 10/Windows 11
- Foundation knowledge of Microsoft Cloud solutoins
- Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
- PowerShell/Scripting knowledge and experience useful.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

**Certification Requirements**:
Passed the following or willing to pass the following exams.
- AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- MS-900 - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals

- Must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and demonstrate a high level of personal ethics and integrity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit ownership and accountability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks performed.
- Be able to work independently and with mínimal direction to deliver tasks.
- Great interpersonal skills and confidence to engage with customers and internal users.
- Ability to travel regional and international when required.
- Friendly and down-to-earth person who can have a laugh
