CloudPoints Consulting Group is made up of teams who are dedicated, passionate, intelligent, and self-motivated individuals who ensure high customer satisfaction in the consulting engagements we deliver to our customers.
**Role Description**:
The role at CloudPoints Consulting is to support new cloud technologies from Microsoft. You do not need to have any previous experience for this role but it may help. You will be supported by an experienced technical consultant where you will become Microsoft certified and support Microsoft cloud projects.
**Responsibilities**
With the support and mentoring from a senior consultant, you will:
- Support Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Support Windows 10/11 client deployment for cloud and on-premises management.
- Handle any follow up technical issues and participate in the resolution of these issues through to completion.
- Report updates and communicate project updates diligently within the project timelines.
- Communicate updates and progress to Project Managers and Team Leads.
- Build relationships with customers to maintain a good customer feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge Windows 10/Windows 11
- Foundation knowledge of Microsoft Cloud solutions - Microsoft 365
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
**Certification Requirements**:
Passed the following or willing to pass the following exams.
- MS-900 - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
