**Role Description:
We are expanding our team in Singapore due to our success and growth. The primary focus will be to supporting existing clients and the sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse & understand client requirements.
- Attend meetings with clients, present solutions and conduct reviews to ensure client’s business requirements are met.
- Planning, leading, executing and completing assigned projects within the time, scope and budget negotiated with the client.
- Ensuring client’s satisfaction throughout the project until project completion.
- Provide expertise to the sales team on best practice cloud architecture to design IAAS services for the customers, especially around Azure cloud offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience across Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365.
- Design and implementation experience with Azure.
- Proven design and implementation experience in delivering M365 solutions.
- Automation and DevOps.
- Microsoft Entra ID and Security e.g MFA, Conditional Access Policies.
- Migration to Exchange Online.
- Microsoft Teams and Teams Calling.
- Mobile device management using Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint & OneDrive.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the use of PowerShell and other automation techniques.

**You will/possess**:

- Minimum of 5 year hands on experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft Cloud based solutions.
- Must have passed exams MS-102, MD-102 and AZ-104 or willing to pass withing 6 months of joining.
- Must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and demonstrate a high level of personal ethics and integrity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit ownership and accountability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks performed.
- Be able to work independently and with mínimal direction to deliver tasks.
- Great interpersonal skills and confidence to engage with customers and internal users.
- Ability to travel regional and international when required.
- Friendly and down-to-earth person who can have a laugh
