Our client is a rapidly scaling fintech company offering cutting-edge digital financial solutions across payments, lending, wealth tech, and embedded finance. As part of their digital transformation journey, they are seeking a visionary **Head of Digital Strategy**to shape and execute initiatives that will enhance their digital engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. This individual will lead the development, execution, and optimization of the company’s digital strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead the end-to-end digital strategy roadmap to drive innovation and digital transformation across the organization
- Identify emerging trends in fintech, digital banking, and customer behavior to inform digital initiatives
- Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and engineering teams to align on digital priorities and project execution
- Oversee the development and enhancement of digital platforms, tools, and customer touchpoints (e.g., apps, portals, APIs)
- Define and track key metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives and customer engagement
- Lead market intelligence and benchmarking efforts against top fintech competitors and global trends
- Support business model innovation (e.g., new digital revenue streams, platform-based ecosystems)
- Build and manage a high-performing digital strategy team and collaborate with external partners/vendors when requiredEnsure compliance with financial regulations, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, or product innovation, preferably within fintech, banking, or digital-first businesses
- Proven success in launching and scaling digital platforms or financial products
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, UX/UI principles, mobile-first solutions, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to influence and drive change at the executive levelEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong grasp of fintech trends, user behavior, and innovation frameworks
