**Your Responsibilities**

Product Testing and Documentation:

- Conduct OEM product analyses (physical, organoleptic, chromatographic) in compliance with applicable analytical methods, standard operating procedures and lab safety protocols
- Operate and maintain analytical equipment (GC-FID/MS/O/PFPD, HPLC-UV/RI/MS, refractometer, density meter, flash point tester, moisture analyzer, Karl Fischer titrator, particle size mastersizer, etc.)
- Interpret analytical data, and deliver results in a timely manner with appropriate documentation; out-of-specification investigation, analytical method alignment, and data discrepancy verification.

Quality Assurance and Control:

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of OEM factories to ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality-related issues.
- Report quality issues and progress to leadership with actionable recommendations.

Supplier Management:

- Evaluate and approve new OEM suppliers based on quality metrics and production capabilities.
- Collaborate with OEM factories to improve their quality management systems.
- Ensure quality & food safety of OEM suppliers and products are produced continuously, stably and reliably meeting regulatory, ADM and customer requirements

Compliance and Standards:

- Ensure adherence to applicable industry regulations, certifications, and safety standards.
- Review and approve quality documentation for OEMs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with CD&D, RSA, supply chain on quality requirements.
- Participate in the new product introduction process to ensure seamless OEM integration.
- Backup analytical supporting for CD&D as necessary
- Other assigned work from manager as need

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry ,Food Science or a related field
- Minimally 2 years of experience in analytical lab and quality assurance
- Proven expertise in supplier quality management, inspections, and audits
- Proficiency in operate and maintain analytical equipment (GC-FID/MS/O/PFPD, HPLC-UV/RI/MS,HPLC,etc.)
- Knowledge of food industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GFSI)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentations (analytical methods, specifications, lab safety protocol)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams and external OEM partners
