Key Responsibilities
· Drive Pipeline Growth: Support the planning and execution of high-impact joint marketing initiatives with OEM & Alliance partners across APJ—think digital campaigns, webinars, and regional events that spark awareness and accelerate pipeline, all aligned with business goals.
· Ignite Partner Engagement: Lead partner communications and content creation, including videos and social media posts. Build strong, collaborative relationships with partner marketing and business development teams.
· Collaborate Across Internal Teams: Work closely with OEM & Alliance sales, field marketing, and global marketing teams to bring go-to-market strategies to life and ensure seamless campaign execution.
· Create Compelling Content: Partner with internal and external teams to develop localized marketing assets such as case studies, solution briefs, and digital content that resonate with regional audiences.
· Measure What Matters: Track campaign performance and partner engagement metrics, delivering monthly insights and reports that inform strategy and optimize results.
What we're looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B tech marketing.
· A solid grasp of partner ecosystems—Channel, OEMs, and Technology Alliances.
· Hands-on experience with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and digital marketing platforms.
· Strong project management and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail.
· A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team.
· Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in other APJ languages is a bonus.

How we work
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
