- We are looking for talented individuals to join us as a Project Management Officer (PMO) in the Product People Team You will be working on exciting projects that creates impact to the organisation including:
**Planning**
- Drive standardisation across different Product teams and deliver organisation projects such as annual performance cycle, organisation design and review, talent planning and talent developmental projects, organizational health checks, etc
- Provide strategic direction and develop appropriate HR initiatives across regional product organization in various countries (SG, CN, ID, etc):
- Assess current situation and future business needs
- Research best practices to provide best design of HR initiatives
- Assess the impact of the HR initiatives
- Understand organisational nuances and its implication on HR project planning
- Play a key role in developing a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through strategic HR initiatives in (but not limited to) the following domains: organisational development employee engagement, learning and development, talent management, performance, culture, recognition programs.
**Design & Deliver**
- Project-manage the implementation and review of HR initiatives
- Deliver and facilitate meetings, reviews, events, roundtables or training programmes for both in-person and virtual classroom
- Track the effectiveness of the events and projects, build improvement plans and follow ups
**Requirements**:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in driving HR initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines
- Relevant experience in delivering projects in HR process improvements, capability development, organisational development or talent management
- Highly motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and prioritise shifting workloads
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience working in large technology companies is a plus
- Good communications skills, well-versed in English (spoken and written)
