**Group Learning**
- Lead the L&D team in identifying individual and organisational level development needs, and ability to translate needs to learning interventions
- Review Training Needs Analysis (include data collection, analysis, recommendations) with a view towards establishing organisation development solutions
- Manage implementation of existing training plans, training budgets, training roadmaps and training programs for continuous improvement to meet changing business needs
- Manage implementation of administrative procedures such as audit findings to comply with ISO requirements
- Implement and build on Learning Management System (LMS) to support build-up of Learning Organisation
- Digitise and build internal/external learning modules into digital platforms LMS)
- Keeping abreast on ongoing developments in the L&D space (e.g. new technologies, new offerings, etc.)

**Talent Excitement**
- Develop, drive and deliver Group’s guidelines regarding Talent review process, talent development, Functional competencies assessment, Succession Planning, Coaching and Mentoring
- Support talent mobility process by sourcing internal talents for local vacancies
- Cost/ budget management related to Talent Management activities

**Professional experience & skills**
- At least 5-7 years of working experience in HR roles, inclusive of at least 3 years in Talent/ L&D
- Experience with implementation and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or online learning platforms will be an advantage
- Possesses high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Senior Stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
