Executive, Learning & Development | In-house Training
Select Group is looking for someone who is passionate about the F&B business to join our HR team as we expand our business.
This candidate will be assisting the Learning & Development (L&D) team with facilitating and coordinating the learning and development plans and administrative works of the L&D department.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinating the collation of Training Needs Analysis
Assisting in the development of Employee Career Pathways
Liaising with Training Providers on training schedule and arrangements
Generating L&D progress reports and tracking
Keeping accurate records of Training Attendance and Training Records
Working with relevant authorities to administer Training Grants/Claims
Monitoring training schedules and Training room bookings
Assisting L&D Team in giving Training support
Assisting L&D Audits and Training documentation matters
Performing Training-related duties at the Administrative level
Assisting the Talent team in Employee Engagement Activities as required
Any other duties as may be assigned
Skills / Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Management or other relevant courses
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Meticulous in Data Entry and System Data Management
Good written and spoken communication skills
Good Team player
Candidates with WSQ ACTA / ACLP certification will have an added advantage
