The Learning & Development (Sales) Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling training programs and services offered. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their training needs, and presenting appropriate solutions to meet those needs. This position works closely with the team, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in various industries and sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, trends and competition
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals, to close sales
- Act as a trusted consultant to clients, understand their training requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Respond promptly and efficiently to stakeholder’s requests
- Achieve sales revenue consistently
- Ensure proper documents and account receivables are timely received
- To achieve the KPI as allocated by the Head of Department or Superior
- To undertake any ad hoc duties assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HR or a related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Must have a hunter personality
