Pathlight School is run by the not-for-profit charity Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) or ARC(S) based in Singapore. ARC(S) is dedicated to serving children and adults on the autism spectrum, to help these individuals lead meaningful and independent lives in society. ARC (S) offers a wide range of services: Pathlight School, and two social enterprises, The Art Faculty and Professor Brawn.

**The Team**:
The Human Resources Team strives to build an engaged staff force, reinforce the desired culture and be an employer of choice. Fundamentally, the team acts as a catalyst to enable all staff to contribute at optimal levels towards the success of the organisation.

**Your Impact and Contribution**:

- Assist with the coordination of internal and external learning and development process.
- Support the implementation of learning and development framework and changes in policies.
- Assist in tabulation of monthly learning records.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:
**You should possess**:

- Minimum Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- Internship Duration: 6 months
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and well-organised
- Maturity to handle confidential information.
- Strong team player, whilst still having the ability to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and in fast paced environment
