The Regional Content Lead is responsible for leading content marketing initiatives and holds responsibility for all Ninja Van digital platforms including websites, app and EDMs. Content lead will work with regional functions and local markets to drive effective content strategies.
Our Content Lead should be well-seasoned in managing not only content, but content creators. They must drive growth for our new blog based on the maturity of the market, and work towards establishing Ninja Van’s brand in countries.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Content Marketing strategy**
Define regional strategy for content marketing and drive countries to adopt the broader strategy considering local nuances. Analyze customer-behavior and content performance data to draw insights and recommendations.
Manage local Content Teams:
- Be the custodian of digital content across all local markets
- Create compelling digital content that translates technical business information into understandable content
- Work closely with the regional SEO team to implement best practices
- Chair weekly catch-ups to learn their priorities, progress, and problems
- Monthly analysis of results via Google Analytics, Google Search Console and internal business report on leads
- Explore new digital innovation formats & channels for Ninja Van’s content dissemination
- Monthly discussions with local counterparts to deep-dive into the results and improve via strategy iterations if needed
- Evaluate content maturity across local markets and establish best-in-class standards, through audits and competitive reviews
- Identify key channels (online, social media) for content amplification
**Scale and sustain Country blogs**
- Conduct country blogs audits: Analyse data to identify content gaps, scale best performing posts, minimise underperforming posts, and weed outdated content
- Create fresh approaches with trackable metrics for local Content Teams to adopt / experiment with
- Work with appointed web design and development agency to maintain site health & optimize pages for SEO
- Assess and create new site enhancement features
**Team Management**
- Develop team competencies so that Regional Content team becomes a trusted business partner to local marketing teams and across regional BUs
- Be involved in content team members recruitment & growth in local markets
**Requirements**:
- Minimally 5-7 years of relevant experience in content marketing agencies/in-house content roles
- Experience in conducting keyword and SEO research to understand the needs of Ninja Vanʼs target audience
- Ability to create useful content for Ninja Vanʼs target audience
- Demonstrated experience in experimenting with various content types to achieve different business objectives
- Ability to map out publicity strategy to enhance blog’s reach
- Content Marketing understanding and implementation skills
- Understands the synergy between Content & SEO capabilities
- Strong command of English to create lifestyle content types which can be associated by our target audience
- Willingness to learn, and do things differently (break norms)
- Creative problem solver with a strong sense of curiosity
- Keen to make an impact by building something new
- Ability to speak an additional SEA language would be a plus
