**What does a Regional Content Marketing Manager do at Hogarth?**

The Regional (APAC) Content Manager is a highly organised, assertive, and proactive Content Strategist that leads everything content related for the region. This includes the strategising, localisation and development of impactful, relevant and useful content to accelerate and resolve key business issues, as well as the development and implementation of a content calendar for the Gaming Marketing team.

This role will work with our collaborative partners to discover business issues and develop content that summarises solutions. The content could include interviews, case studies, whitepapers, global decks that are catered for regional usage amongst others. This may require collaboration with our global team, cross functional teams, and external vendors.

The key responsibility for this role will be to plan for and lead the development of content across owned and paid channels to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging to the market.

The role will advocate for, and advise on, best practice approaches to content creation and user experience.

**Responsibilities**

**Key**:

- Establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly content strategy and framework for content across paid and owned channels (website, social, media partnerships)
- Develop, execute, and manage regional and global content calendar for the gaming marketing team
- Manage the publication schedule of content across channels including internal channels
- Research, write, and project manage large-scale content initiatives (e.g. reports, whitepapers, editorials, case studies, interviews amongst others.)
- Ensure all content adheres to global style guides and is approved by legal and communications departments
- Develop content strategy and infrastructure for our owned marketing channels including fb.gg/marketers and a site specifically for the Greater China market
- Organise all content produced by our team and our partners in one easy to discover depository to ensure all partners and collaborators will be able to find and use produced content

**Additional**:

- Develop creative copy for all ad campaigns for the region
- Write and/or vet editorials for earned and paid media opportunities
- Support occasional video production through research and scripting
- Collect all relevant data related to the content produced to optimise performance
- Understand the audience and bring insight to the team about their behaviour and trends across the channels
- Drive best practices per channel and ensure this is being adhered to in the content calendar and creative briefs. Anything engagement related (duration, video views, completion rate etc.) will be in charged by content manager. As content manager's core job is to produce content that audience can resonate. But they need to work very closely from strategy, execution to analysis
- Regulates, communicates to all internal communities and stakeholders on new and useful case studies and amplify the relevance to the business priorities, trends, and topics pertinent to the business season
- Proactively engage internal collaborators to ensure all content is produced in line with key messaging, brand guidelines and to understand each team's content production calendar to avoid duplication in produced content
