This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client
Work Location: near Commonwealth MRT
Salary Range : $5,500-$6,500
Work Schedule
1. 24x7 helpdesk agent - 12 hours shift
2. As a Lead needs to be flexible on schedule
2. Mainly 7pm to 8am or 7am - 8pm on weekends.
3. Work 3 shift a week and rest 4 days.
**Job Description**:
1. English speaking
2. O levels and above
3. Managed a team of 5-10 (at least) Helpdesk agent before
4. 2 years of call center management experience
