**A global FMCG company Regional Account Lead PROMO-Agency Role
As a PROMO lead for one of our global FMCG client, you will be responsible for regional business implementation and customer programs for managing of PROMO services. You will co-ordinate with departments, international teams, to ensure business deals are carried out smoothly. Directly report to Regional Account Director and dot line to the country manager of where you stay. Ideally VN, ID/ CN.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Promo Category Lead act as an advisor to clients on promo management solutions, well understanding of PMC/Sourcing business
- Manage overall progress and development of accounts and actively establish new business leads and develop business proposals
- Manages all rate card for PMG markets and collaboration with sourcing hub for global deal
- Regional reporting of Metrics & KPI’s, presentation of analytical reports
- Ensure most efficient business program/idea is in place to attain highest level of productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Organize, conduct, and engage active conference calls with internal/external stakeholders to roll-out smooth business implementation across target markets.
- Work with Reporting Manager to produce and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly revenue/target management and end of month reports on market performance.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with internal/external stakeholders regionally and globally.
- High level communication with global HQ and regional HQ procurements and marketers by monthly/quarterly
**POSSESS KNOWLEDGE OR QUALITIES OF the following:
- Comfortable speaking to all levels of management & C-suite clients
- Commercially astute, sharp at number crunching
- Hands-on individual, ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent leadership, analytical, communication and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Independent, resourceful, result-oriented & able to work under pressure.
- Good eye for detail and good judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
**Academic qualification**:
- Degree/ Diploma in Business, Marketing, Management or Mass Communications.
**Years of experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of account management experience in marketing, advertising, or marcom
- Strong regional / global experience in business implementation or program management in retail, print/promo will be preferred.
