**About the role**
The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
**What you will be doing**
- Lead a team of customer service personnel and operational staff /production supervisor in handling daily services and operations
- Participate in day-to-day operation issue
- Manage and control the facilities and resources (MHE, VAS equipment, indirect material) at its command
- Annual capacity review; recruitment status, training, and escalation if any
- External training requisition - safety, first aider, work from height, fire warden etc.
- Reports 1) P & L 2) OT charges 3) facilities 4) space utilization 5) manpower 6) Machine utilization & maintenance 7) Expenses 8) Administration 9) Handling & preparation for audit 10) Monthly end billing
- Draft SOP and workflow of other documents.
- Training strategies & certification and development of the workers
- Manage indirect material inventory, consumption patterns, work with cross function to eliminate excess and obsolete inventory. Ensure stock availability to fulfil requirements.
- Monitor the production plan is done in accordance with customer fulfilment and QHSE compliance and etc
- Support warehouse on cycle count program and monthly stock-take.
- Keep track & follow up on continuous program; effectively and continuously explore and implement programs to improve quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and process improvements in production.
- Work together with quality personnel in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice, ISO 22716 requirements and ASEAN Cosmetics Directive.
- Work closely with manager and ad hoc as when assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum some years of relevant experience in Production Management
- Some experience in materials management, supply chain, logistics in a Manufacturing environment
- Possess some experience in purchasing and production planning responsibilities
- Experience in lean management and continuous improvement
- Demonstrates sense of urgency and responsiveness; achieves measurable results
- Reliable - accurate & detailed
- Good analytical and computer software skills
- Ability to manage large amount of quantitative data
- Proficient computer skill in Microsoft office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic self-starter with good interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Backup & successor for production manager.
