**Education Counsellor and Psychotherapy Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**To provide leadership in planning, developing and organising a distinctive counselling and therapy program for the students, parents and staff that focuses on their well-being and development.**

**Report to**:
**Company Directors and School Principal**

**General Responsibilities**:

- Administer the planning, development, coordination, and evaluation of the total counselling services of the assigned kindergarten/school.
- Implement the counselling programme in conformity with her Vision, Mission, and Core Values of the assigned kindergarten/ school.
- Execute and manage effectively all other assigned school and family project activities and events.
- Identify and develop continuing education and training opportunities aligned with organisation objectives and strategy.
- Oversee and manage the administration of funding and operational work for the programmes to run smoothly.
- Prepare the annual budget to ensure maximum utilisation of funds to accomplish the school's mission and ministry goals.
- Adhere to professional, ethical, and moral standards of conduct in the transaction of all school business.
- Work collaboratively with the principal, teachers, staff members and parents to support students in the kindergarten/school

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
- Minimum of 5 years of school-based working experience with at least 2 years of counselling roles would be highly advantageous.
- Team player with a positive, cheerful, helpful work attitude.
- Capable of independent and committed effort, with good organisational & interpersonal, and communication skills.
