We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of improvement and growth. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an HR Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, particularly in areas such as payroll management, recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
**1. Payroll & Compensation**
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain records related to attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.
**2. Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Prepare and issue employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
**3. Employee Relations & Engagement**
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, activities, and company events.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
**4. HR Administration**
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation such as letters, memos, and performance appraisal forms.
**5. Training & Development**
- Coordinate internal and external training programs based on staff development needs.
- Track and maintain training records and monitor individual development plans.
**6. Compliance & Policy Management**
- Ensure HR practices adhere to current employment laws and company policies.
- Support the development, implementation, and review of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience especially in payroll processing. Experience with construction industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Possess good written and verbal communications skills in English
- Able to work independently and excellent team player
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
