
Account Documentation Executive

The role is with our Account Documentation Unit (ADU) and specifically in the Client Data Management team. You will be reporting to the Team Lead for Client Data Management.
**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review and process client account updates relating to static data changes
- Review and process documentation relating to CRS/FATCA forms and alerts handling
- Review and process Account Closure and reporting
- Perform e-Banking related matter and reporting
- Facilitates the blocking and unblocking process accurately and timely
- Verify voice-log and perform video calls conducted on clients during static data changes
- Attend to queries from Front Office
- Other adhoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead and/or Head of Client Onboarding & Data Management
**Role Requirements**
We are looking for a motivated individual who has good interpersonal communication skills and is a team player.
- Have at least 3- 5 years of client static data and documentation experience.
- Experience in Private Banking is preferred
- Team player, hands-on and able to work independently under tight deadline pressure
