**Responsibilities**:
- **Dish Preparation**: Prepare and cook dishes in your assigned section of the kitchen.
- **Ingredient Management**: Manage ingredients for your section, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
- **Recipe Execution**: Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
- **Kitchen Organization**: Keep your section of the kitchen clean and organized, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and maintain the quality and presentation of dishes coming from your section.
- **Training**: Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff in your section.
- **Problem Solving**:Quickly address any issues or discrepancies in your section to ensure timely service.
**Job Requirements**
- **Culinary Skills**: Proven experience and skills in cooking and food preparation.
- **Food Safety**: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- **Team Player**:Ability to work well with others in a busy kitchen environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail in both cooking and presentation.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role or section is preferred.
- **Time Management**:Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
