Singapore I-PRO APAC PTE. LTD. Full time

The successful incumbent will suport the President in leading the Corporate Planning Group. The key function is to set up i-PRO APAC’s business strategy, plan for resources and KPIs for strategy execution. To maximizes i-PRO APAC’s and i-PRO global group’s corporate-value through the consistent growth of i-PRO APAC business and increase profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and execution of the next 5 years business strategies in APAC, Asia & Oceania regions
- To collaborate closely with Sales, SCM, Finance, HR and Customer Service teams and be responsible for delivery of planned results.
- To realize i-PRO’s fundamental business cycle and linkage of “Produce” & “Manufacture” & “Sell”, in i-PRO APAC’s territory.
- Maximize “Sell” opportunities in the region by setting up and execute the “Distribution/Sales Channel” strategy and “Pricing and Promotion” strategy.
- Work in collaboration with Global SCM & Logistics team in i-PRO HQ to achieve a good balance of maximizing “Sell” opportunities and improve cashflow.
- Responsible for “Product Life Cycle Management” and to execute one of the most important i-PRO’s strategies, that is, Time base competition.
- Renew (and newly create, if necessary) i-PRO APAC’s approval guideline and standard operating procedures, in order to streamline business operation and execute strategies effectively.
- Lead and go through PDCA cycle on weekly basis with business leader, and manage business progress with appropriate visualization of important key management indicators
- To performance any other tasks as directed by president of i-PRO APAC from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- Min. 10 years’ of experience in managing global business
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Managing and/or executing Global Supply Chain and Global Business Operation in a sale driven company.
- Work exposures in min. 2 countries (relevant work experience in Japan is preferred to work with Japanese colleagues).
- Security industry experience is desirable.

- Good understanding of Global Supply Chain.
- Excellent analytical, problem-finding, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to challenging situation.
- Passion to promote corporate values - Flexible, Bold, and Trusted.
- Strong business level English
- Ability to speak and write in Japanese will be a plus.
