Job Description:
Connect Energy partners with a global player in offshore O&G projects and currently they are looking for a HEAD OF CORPORATE FINANCE to join their esteem organization in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- To work closely with other HOD in Finance to oversees the investment and financing activities of the company and responsible for capital raises.
- To lead the corporate finance activities including assessment of investment opportunities, due diligences processes and financing initiative along the capital structure
- Contribute to development and execution of holistic financing strategy, the capital budgeting process and planning of financing initiatives to meet funding requirement, ensure solvency and create
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors and investment banks in the countries this position is taking care of and build brand recognition in the relevant financial markets
- Prepare and communicate investment and financing proposals, presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, initiate and lead corporate finance related initiatives in collaboration with other Head of Corporate Finance and liaise with the parent organization in relation to corporate finance related matters
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of financing arrangements, convenants, cash flows, financial risks and valuation throughout the asset and financing life cycle and the reporting to and communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and mentor the members of the department to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement, act as a role model for the organization and cultivate a winning culture, facilitate learning and development, manage and plan resources, and oversee the department's affairs
- Manage ad hoc matters arising and perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy, business administrations, economics, finance or equivalent from a recognized university
- Post graduates and/or professional qualification such as CFA is highly preferred.
- Min. 12 year of experience in corporate and/or project finance, investment banking and/or private equity and proven track record in structuring, arranging, negotiating and executing large scale infrastructure financing (debt and equity), with a particular focus on offshore oil and gas.
- An established network with lenders, investors and investment banks in the infrastructure and offshore oil and gas space, particularly in Southeast Asia and Japan, and drive to expand the network and develop new relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex matters concisely and effectively across all levels of the organization
- Advanced people leadership skills to build and lead high performance teams in an international set up and across geographies
- Systematic approach to solve complex problems and solution oriented thinking with high attention to detail and big picture view.
- High self-motivator, ambitious and hands on with entrepreneurial mindset, a good team player with ability to engage with people and deliver within tight deadlines and fast paced, international environment
