Requiements
- Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
- Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting and ensuring timely management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Prepare and present Group periodic financial forecast and results to the board of directors.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the executive management team and advising on long-term business and financial planning.
- Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to extend business plan targets.
- Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance managment framework is embeded and operational for the Group.
- Review internal controls and corporate governance for the Group
- Liaise with the company's lawyer for various company's plans.
- Manage tax compliance matters such as filing GST, corporate income tax returns and ACRA submission.
- Analyze capital expenditure against investment targets and prepare key commentary.
- Work with company's auditor and implement measures for better internal control.
- Other matters involving accounting, teasury and taxation matters of the company.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.Ensure compliance with regulartory reporting requirements and tax authorities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Head of Department (HOD), or in a similar senior financial management role.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in group financial reporting, corporate finance, and management accounting.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial regulations, financial law, and risk management practices.
- Strong ability to strategize and solve complex problems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Capable of managing multiple deadlines and maintaining performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, lead teams, and adapt to changing business needs.
