**Why This Role Is Valuable**

The Head of Corporate finance will be responsible for both management and corporate reporting for the Revantage Asia platform. Key areas of focus will be managing the annual budgeting planning cycle, implementing robust management and corporate reporting, improving processes, and implementing policies to ensure a robust control environment. In addition to core technical competencies, the Head of Corporate Finance will be required to manage senior stakeholders, presenting to both Global Revantage and Blackstone board of directors on company financial performance.

**How You Add Value**

(including but are not limited to)

Budgeting and Cashflow Forecasting
- Refine our budgeting and cashflow process and forecasting models for departments to feed into the company budget
- Design and implement scalable budgeting policies and procedures
- Design and implement fit for purpose management reporting
- Communicate our financial position and analytics to senior Revantage and Blackstone stakeholders
- Improve end-to-end working capital management across the Revantage platform

Corporate Controlling and Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to accounting policy and IFRS standards
- Working capital management
- Cash flow management
- Debt management
- Manage break-even methodologies
- Billing and Accounts Receivables
- Tax; and
- Audit

Project and Cashflow Management:

- Maintaining accounting policies over treatment of IT project costs, from management and IFRS perspective
- Governance and oversight of technology centers accounting ledgers, and monthly close and reporting
- Working closely with technology PMO to oversee variance analysis reporting

Billing and Fee Analytics
- Overall responsibilities for modeling Revantage Asia service fees, and ensuring fair treatment of allocation methodologies
- Oversee commercial benchmarking analysis to ensure service fee, cost, and KPI analysis
- Improve billing process, leveraging automation tools to reduce risk of manual errors and increase process efficiency

What you bring to the role:

- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years experience in Finance (FP&A/ Accounting) or financial services.
- Experience preparing multi-department budgets and forecasts in Excel
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts)
- Experience using Power BI, and leveraging platforms such as Anaplan for budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation modelling/sensitivity analysis
- Must be comfortable operating in a manual control environment and have the vision and aptitude to lead process improvement, and support system implementation and automation initiatives within the function.
- Commercial focus and mindset, with ability to interpret and action stakeholder requirements
- Ability to present and communicate insights in a succinct manner
- Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis
- Disciplined and organized to ensure deadlines are met
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
