1. Under take the department's overal performance evaluation indicators

2. Responsible for implementing business development strategies

3. Comprehensively coordinate the operation and management of the department, overseee the department routine work

4. Team development

5. Manager liaison and cooperation between counterpart departments of the head office and other institutions at home and abroad;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the branch management

**Requirements**:
1. A recognised University Degree or professional qualifications with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position

2. With background in corporate finance business, international settlement and other related business

3. Possess a strategic mindset with keen attentaion to detail and the ability to follow through with precision

4. Strong anlytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to change

5. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese with proficiency in both written and spoken as incumbent is required to liaise with Head Office and Chinese-speaking customers
