**About the Role**

Feedback analysis is the process of figuring out what customers think about our product. It involves collecting customer feedback—primarily as qualitative data—so we can identify why our product works or doesn't work for customers.

As a Feedback Analyst, you will play a key role in detecting potential regressions in servicing updates and surfacing this information to feature owners.

We are the Release Analysis and Monitoring (RAM) team in Software Servicing Delivery (SSD) group in Windows Servicing and Delivery (WSD) organization. SSD is responsible for Core Operating system update pipeline E2E from branches stand up, code flow, build, packaging, publishing, distribution and post release monitoring. We are the pipeline that fuels Windows updates around the world and beyond (satellites, etc).

**What you will do**
- Reading user feedback from Company feedback channels and external forums.
- Detecting patterns and anomalies in feedback data and creating an executive summary.
- Communicating with feature owners regarding found issues.
- Using dashboards and analytics tools built using advanced natural language processing techniques.
- Monitoring monthly Windows releases to provide early detection of issues.
- Reviewing past regressions to improve the program analytics capabilities.
- Working closely with engineers and data scientists to develop better tools for regression detection.
- Presenting feedback data in cross-team review meetings.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Excellent analytical skills and making data-driven decisions
- Experience in dealing with customer feedback
- Ability to prioritize customer issues.
- Broad knowledge of operating Windows
- Demonstrated experience with large, multi-geography, diverse teams
- Excellent communication and technical skills

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Critical, creative and innovative thinking skills
- Collaboration skills - the role will require deep partnership with teams across Microsoft.
- Proficient with Excel and other BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,400.00 per month
