Responsible for leading sales operations support team for the assigned product portfolio, including business strategy through to operations flow to enable optimum support to meet overall business objectives and growth.


**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage and mentorship of sales operations team to ensure seamless operational enablement to support overall business objectives and growth
- Plan and execute sales optimization tactics and best practice e.g. sales modeling, methodologies, productivity metrics, quota planning, and compensation plans/design
- Lead sales forecasting, strategic planning and processes used in B2B organization
- Assist the B2B Head with strategy and business development plans to ensure growth and profitability
- Work with sales teams to ensure timely updates of business opportunity pipeline in CRM tool
- Provide analysis and advice to senior management in area of sales and its operations through insights, reports and analysis of both internal and external data sources
- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of reporting and business intelligence essential to the sales teams
- Drive business system/processes optimization and alignment across internal teams e.g. Individual Sales’ Quota Setting, Business Opportunity Management, Compensation payout/etc.
- Management of order processing and key accounts management
- Owner of all sales operations and support activities
- Team Leader for the B2B Strategy and Ops Team**Job Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma holder with minimum 10 years in business strategy and/or relevant sales operations experience
- Experience in managing a team and demonstrated leadership ability
- Ability to translate strategy through to executional/operational excellence to impact company objectives and results
- Ability to multi-task and work across different functions
- Skills in Microsoft office tools (especially Excel)
- Possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience in direct engagement/executive reporting to senior management team
- Good problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
