Job Overview

As a Business Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our early education company. Our story-based learning programs are designed for kids aged 6 months to 11 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to deliver exceptional customer service and drive strong enrolment across various locations.
  • Create termly timetables and teacher rosters to ensure operational stability and efficiency.
  • Oversee holiday camp operations to guarantee smooth execution and high-quality experiences for children.
  • Foster excellent customer relationships and lead customer service recovery for any issues that may arise.
  • Take charge of ad-hoc tasks and strategic initiatives that support business growth and brand excellence.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of working experience, including 1+ year working with children and 2+ years in educational centre operations (ideally including planning function).
  • Be highly organised, results-driven, and people-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Love working with families and want to make a difference in early childhood learning.
