As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Head of Strategy and Finance to join our team and work with the C-suite on formulation, execution and monitoring of overall corporate strategy & finance process.

This role will be based in **Singapore.**

**Job Summary**
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development to successful execution working with C-suite and unit heads
- Conduct primary research and competitive analysis across product suite (offerings, market positioning, customers, financial performance)
- Develop and oversee key management metrics, financial and non-financial
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Determination of key performance indicators and team performance management
- Perform data analysis to drive insights and make recommendations (e.g. financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis) to drive product strategy and commercialization.
- Develop go-to-market strategies including preparation of business plans
- Evaluate strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, technical or equivalent
- At least 6-8 years’ experience in big - 4, consulting firm or fintech in a similar role
- Experience with data analysis and visualization
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Track record of successful execution within complex projects and fast paced startup environment
- Can-do attitude with the willingness to join in and contribute to a high-performance environment
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Knowledge of either fixed income, funds or sustainable finance is a plus
