**PRIMARY Purpose ( **_Why does this job exists _**)
***:
You will be part of APAC Pricing Team supporting pricing and commercial compliance work, development of regions’ pricing standards with the result of driving price realization improvements and transformation. This role will collaborate closely with our Global Pricing organization to align regional compliance process and policy to a global standard and assisting the management in areas of pricing oversight. This role will be reporting directly to APAC VP Pricing and Margin.

**Primary DUTIES**:

- Support commercial compliance’s team and APAC cross functional teams streamlining APAC end to end processes, SFDC system integrity as well as leading effective communication cross the regions.
- Develop and maintain Pricing Policy and Procedures for the region around project opportunities.
- Collaborate across business teams to align procedures on revenue, legal and commercial policy to drive clarity and standard work.
- Complete commercial audits on effectiveness of compliance policies to reduce variation.
- Assist in developing corrective actions from completed audits to reduce risk and gain. compliance to policies/procedures and ensure accountability within the markets around price actions.
- Establish pricing governance metrics to measure overall level of compliance, identifying risk within our opportunities that will impact business results or be in violation of established policy.
- Assist in conducting regular training with the markets around commercial pricing policy and established processes.
- Establish, monitor, and communicate governance KPI to ensure compliance to pricing policy and reduce the risk of revenue leakage.
- Collaborate with global pricing team on pricing software adaptation.

**Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience***:

- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years pricing-related experience, with demonstrated success: implementation of new processes/systems.
- Strong organization-building skills, including establishing links across firm’s BUs and regions.
- Outstanding cross-functional skills.
- Strong analytical skills (advanced excel and power BI).
- Analytic ability to understand and define critical issues (benefit/value map, pre-approved discount level, deal waterfall, volume impact).
- Strong negotiating skills based on a thorough understanding of sales/marketing practices.
- Priority Setting - Spends his/her time and the time of others on what’s important; quickly zero in on the critical few and puts the trivial many aside; can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal; eliminates roadblocks; creates focus.
- Previous audit experience is a bonus.
