Key Responsibilities

General date entry, scanning, filing and manage project maintenance record
Maintain and update daily report
Request & manage key collection and update in system
Assist to coordinate weekly schedule for inspection
Assist to prepare sub-contractor invoices
Support site team with request for account opening purchase of drawing
Site photo management
Provide other administrative support for the project
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the project manager/ team lead.

**Qualifications**:
Possess at least GCE O’ Level Certificate

ITE and Polytechnic Certificate

Requirement

Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Meticulous & details-oriented
Works well under pressure
Excellent time management skills
Highly motivated with the capability to work in a self-directed environment
Able to build excellent relationships both internally and externally

Preferred

At least 2 years of experience in administrator role

Primary/N/O Levels or equivalent

Minimum of 2 year(s) experience needed for this position
