This role requires the employee to manage a team of Internal Sales Coordinators through the implementation of efficient processes and policies pertaining to the entire process of order fulfilment.
- Motivate, coach and mentor team members to deliver optimal results through established and/or new processes; responsible for evaluating team performance and provide recommendations to the Head of Sale
- Projects Order Fulfillment - Ensure that there are sufficient resource(s) to support key projects order fulfillment; be responsible for the efficiency of projects order fulfillment
- Team Performance - Be responsible in driving the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the team in the following categories:

- (a) Customer Enquiries
- (b) Sales Quotations
- (c) Order Processing
- (d) Goods Returned/claims & Credit Notes

**Requirements**:

- Aptitude to manage a team - Displays the right attitude and passion in coaching and mentoring a team for success.
- Competent in SAP system
- Process-oriented mindset with the desire to improve processes that will drive the performance of the internal sales team
- Customer-oriented Mindset - Understands the importance of managing customer relationships whilst maintaining the interests of the company
- Communication skills - Able to communicate clearly with the team especially on expected KPIs of the team as well as any process changes to ensure that all iniatives are successfully implemented
- She/he accepts responsibilities with positive attitude, is reliable, responsible and dependable, fulfilling obligations
