**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales Executive to support our Sales team. In this role, you will work with both new and existing customers, respond to their enquiries, and help ensure their needs are met. You will also assist the team in following up on leads and driving sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Qualify leads and follow up on marketing-generated inquiries to convert them into opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company offerings and industry trends
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with field sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitors to effectively position our solutions.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends.

**Job Requirements**:

- Competitive Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Prior experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or sales support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., PipeDrive, Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, MS Teams)
- Able to work independently with initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
