Roles & Responsibilities
Role Description:
Business development manager plan sales strategies and business plans. He/she implements market expansion and new market plans for business growth. He/she prospects develops relationships with potential customers and formulates new account development strategies.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. identify the right clients for the company. Comparing the difference of the waste disposal industries and companies. Having the right experience and knowledge.
2. plan pipeline and develop forecast with whole sales process from finding, meeting up and explaining to clients on the company services.
3. Having the full knowledge and understanding towards company profile, products and services. Able to handle and explain to clients fully of the company waste disposal products and services.
4. Exposure towards understanding of waste disposal market trend, economic difference.
6. Able to do research on business opportunities and viable income streams and able to follow industry trends locally and internationally
Competencies:
1. Actively identifying potential clients and businesses.
2. Learn to develop pipeline and forecast for long and short term.
3. Gain understanding in the service and understanding market trends.
4. Picking up presentation knowledge and leadership skills.
5. Assist with conducting interviews and participate with recruitment.
6. Critical & Creative thinking skills
4. Duration of Traineeships:6 months
5. Approved Training Allowance:Fresh Graduates - $2,500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2,500, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3,200
6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
