**The Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned domain expert in Treasury and Trade Services space to lead our Market Management function in Asia Pacific and support the growth aspirations of our market leading franchise in the region. This role will report to both the COO for Asia Pacific and the Head of Global Market Management for TTS.

Given Market Management’s unique role as an intermediary between the Sales and Product organizations, this role will have the unique opportunity to drive horizontal solutions and market insights initiatives across all TTS business areas. Key to success of this role will be the ability to build trusted partnerships with wide range of stakeholders including Sales, Product, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Pricing and Onboarding teams. As regional head, this role will be part of the Global Market Management leadership team and will collaborate closely with both global and regional Market Management partners across EMEA, NAM and LATAM.

The individual will be expected to drive the regional strategy and execution of two key pillars:
**1. Cross Product Solutions Development and Commercialization**:
a. Develop and assist in implementation of product bundles (“packages”)
b. Develop and commercialize integrated solutions comprising thematic content and fit for purpose analytics, ultimately delivering incremental value to our clients
c. Develop analytics to enhance client targeting and segmentation for the integrated solutions and bundles working in coordination with Sales and Data & Analytics teams
d. Drive Selected thematic training of Sales teams
e. Lead prioritization of analytics requests from Sales to Data & Analytics teams to ensure the development of most impactful data tools for our clients

2. Market Insights

**a. Competitor analysis (in coordination with TTS Strategy)**: Comprehensive analysis including competitive positions, earnings releases, relevant news, benchmarking and analysis of capabilities, deep-dives, M&A analysis, deep-dives on W/L and linking gaps to investment tracker

**b. Client Needs Assessment**: Research including client interviews to understand in more detail the current and future client needs

**Specific Skills Required**:
This is a role requiring ability to champion progress and lead change. Strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a commercial mindset are pivotal to success. Someone who is an independent thinker with an entrepreneurial attitude, natural collaborator with the ability envision and lead complex cross functional projects would be an ideal fit with 10-15 years broad experience in banking, including client facing experience.
Ability to think strategically and look at new ways to deliver exceptional results for our clients
Broad understanding of global treasury and trade business is necessary
Understanding of client needs, product discipline and industry dynamics and disruptions in TTS space is required
Creativity in both logic and visual design when crafting solutions and messages for clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills - verbal, visual and written - for internal and external purposes
Collaborative nature, able to engage with a diverse range of individuals of all levels and gain support from colleagues, even when they do not report directly to you
Analytical mindset to take various initiatives and sources and translate into thematic content and messaging
