**Responsibilities**:

- Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
- Screen calls and handle enquiries.
- Manage calendars including scheduling and coordination meetings and appointments.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of records.
- Attend to visitors and drink serve.
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-backs.
- Other admin tasks include book printing, overseas and local courier arrangements, office access card issuance, set up zoom calls.
- Organize meetings, zoom meeting, conferences, and department events.
- Prepare referral, commission, petty cash claims and other related matters.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel arrangements and bookings.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirement**:

- At least an 'O', 'A' or diploma level qualification with 1 to 2 years administrative experience preferred.
- Passion in answer phone call and able to present themselves professionally through the phone.
- Have effective communication skills both orally and written.
- Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all levels of staff.
- Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up.
- Work well within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Early shift
