**Asia Pacific (AP)** team as
**Strategy Professional, Strategy & Business Development**.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for preparation of internal and external meetings as well as content creation for the Healthineers AP president.
- You are responsible for managing the activities for the regional Varian integration by coordinating all value pillars, zones, and functions.
- You work closely with the wider AP leadership community, being part of management meetings and presenting results.
- You support the implementation of AP Healthineers strategic priorities and initiatives.
- You actively engage with the AP Start-up community in Asia Pacific managing our partnership with an Accelerator Program.
- You conduct strategic analysis in a broad range of topics (i.e., Business Development, Market and competitors' analyses, Start-up community AP, M&A targets and Due diligence, benchmarking, analysis of strategic action fields).
- You provide market transparency and develop market access models for supported countries to support growth.

**Your qualifications and experiences**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably master’s degree.
- You have 7 - 12 years of related working experience in strategy in any business line or zone or central function.
- You have a strong understanding of the Company resources and ecosystem, ideally well networked.
- You are ready to hit the ground running with the conventional strategy toolkit (presentations, financial models, forecasts, execution orientation).
- You have a successful track record around consulting and/or project management.
- You have experience in the areas of Sales, Strategy and Business Development.
- Knowledge of international healthcare markets, health systems, reimbursement schemes is a benefit.
- Additional experience in diagnostic imaging, digitalization in healthcare or consulting in the healthcare sector would be advantageous.

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You have a sound knowledge of crafting presentations for executive meetings and can generate strong messages.
- You have a very good command of English.
- You interact comfortably with TOP management and able to present professionally.
- You are result orientated, team-minded, and pragmatically.
- You have a “can do”- mentality, a structured work method, strong capabilities to develop new concepts and communicate your ideas convincingly complete your profile. High intensity, high exposure and, hence demanding.
- You are a team-player with patience, maturity, and judgement - with the right "attitude".
- Must be willing to relocate to Singapore (this cannot be a remote role).
