**Sales Admin Coordinator - Medical Device (1 Position)**

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring company’s sales goals and profitability are achieved by maintaining close relationship with customers.
- Handling of sales activities such as quotations, tender submission duties and samples packing.
- Preparation of Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and relevant documents.
- Telemarketing duties to fix appointments to new and existing customers.
- Input, consolidation and maintenance of customers' database.
- Liaise with various departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to customers.
- Provide support during events, network within industry and community to find and attract new business. Perform ad-hoc tasks and other assigned responsibilities when necessary.
- Indoor Sales Support Function and follow up on overdue customer accounts.
- Other matters and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Sales Manager/Director.
**Requirements**:
- Plan and develop new markets and customer base to support sales team.
- He/She must be independent, self-motivated and remain current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Assist in achieving monthly and yearly sales target.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills (English); basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers (face-to-face and phone calls).

- This is a full-time role.
- Salary will be commensurate with years of relevant experience.
