**Job Scope**

Provide full support to the managing director.

To support the administration of governance systems and processes within the Company.

Develop corporate clients to expand sales channels in SG & China.

Involve in the development of long-term strategy as well as highly tactical day-to-day executions to improve sales, traffic, and engagement.

Conduct regular research and analysis of emerging trends, changes in consumer behavior, competitor brand dynamics & business opportunities locally.

Monitoring and managing company online sales platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada, and Qoo10.

Involvement in collaboration product planning and development of new product series and determining new approaches to reach out to target customers.

Coordinate advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events and liaise with external vendors/agencies where applicable.

Maintain track and clientele records, and business development resources.

Liaise with company oversea suppliers and partners for product ordering, shipment, and customs.

Develop trust and relationships with current partners and explore new business partners, especially in China.

Perform other duties as required.

**Requirement**:
Minimum diploma holder in a relevant discipline with ideally 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with marketing experience.

Strong ability to multi-task, and able to work under pressure.

Proficient in English and Mandarin, and familiar with all kinds of Chinese dialects will be an advantage.

Experience in a business development and project management team is preferred.

Good relationships and networks in China will be highly beneficial to your role, especially with your experience in dealing with China factory suppliers.

Comfortable with business trips to China at any time.

Good communication skills.
