Office Administrative Executive

We are looking for an Office Administrative Executive to join our Team. This is expected to be a part-time position and default Work-from-Home. Working hours are flexible.
The main tasks include:
**Operations & Office Administration**
- Support finance procedures (eg sending out invoices, SOA, banking in cheques, following up on late payments)
- Assist in data compilation
- Supporting miscellaneous office procurement needs
- Support for office setup for events/celebrations
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage appointments/meetings etc. for the upper management
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration with a good understanding of office management processes.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate sound work ethics and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Self-starter with initiatives and highly proactive in getting things done.
- Proficient in full-suite of MS Office.
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Resourcefulness and quick to adapt to situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
