**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced People Data Specialist to join our Group Human Resource - Global HR Operations function based in Singapore.

As the People Data Specialist, you will:

- Provide Workday knowledge and investigate issues raised by internal customer, and review all tickets to determine Workday Support vendor or IT involvement needed, providing context and details of the business requirements, exploring possible solutions. Perform HRIS process corrections or rescinds where required in accordance with the user role to ensure data integrity
- Develop scripts for and perform User Acceptance Testing in Workday for items due to be included in monthly, bi-yearly and ad-hoc release. Participate in the implementation of new processes including training and the generation of SOP’s and other reference material
- Execute all employee life cycle business processes in Workday at Tier 1, supervisory organisation and role management change, and roles security and permission access. Provide global reporting request, both standard and non-standard reporting
- Perform audits between Workday and the Payroll System to ensure Data Integrity. Draft proposals for new and existing processes for continuous improvement and implement changes if approved
- Define data taxonomy, build and manage client to deliver accuracy and complete data with monthly KPI. Support end-user Workday guidance to internal customer, perform employee life cycle data entry and mass-upload request

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Diploma or Degree with 2-6 years in Shared Services Environment, well verse in Workday and preferably Service Now.
- Passionate with both frontline and backend support and has good internalization on HR work processes and customer engagement
- A structured and process-oriented person that is resilience and adaptable to work in a fast-pace environment to build the new HR Operations framework
- Resourceful, independent and has the capability to rapidly learn new systems and processes and exhibit an openness to change
