Purpose of Job:
- Create memorable experiences for customers across Keppel Land’s asset classes. Focus on reshaping the customer journey, and reducing pain-points & frictions, to deliver maximize delight & advocacy.- Inject the voice of the customer into the product / development / concept design process so that Keppel Land can create compelling value propositions that customers desire.

Main Activities/ Tasks:
- Map and review existing customer journeys, identify and remove pain-points and frictions, and design memorable experiences for the key moments.- Work closely with stakeholders and designers to ensure smooth and integrative online and offline journey.- Discover customers’ needs through contextual inquiries, qualitative and quantitative research, and work with design and build teams to create on-point value propositions that customers will pay for.- Communicate service and experience design to the organization through consumer journeys, storyboards, service designs, prototypes, wireframes, infographics and other materials.

Output:
- Memorable and unique customer experiences at important moments.- On-point products and services that incorporate and reflect the customers’ preferences and desires.- Help Keppel Land achieve recognition as a thoughtful customer-centric developer

Hiring will be for Keppel Land in Singapore, with potential work travel across Keppel Land countries -China, Indonesia, Vietnam, India.

JOB REQUIREMENTS- Prior experience as an experience designer, with emphasis on physical or omni-channel experience, e.g. retail store experience designer, hotel experience or service designer etc.- Prior experience leading primary and secondary customer research to drive improvements in journey and provide input on product or service design.- Experience working with UI/UX designers, product managers, engineers, operations on new concepts and products delivery.- Prior experience with conducting design training a big plus.- Creative design experience a plus.- Some qualitative research experience is preferred.- At least 5-6 or more years experience.
