DESIGNATION : Journey Design Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders in scoping of the project and to ensure a smooth deliveryof the project
- Develop and streamline standards, processes and guidelines to drive greater team efficiency
- Be at the forefront of the latest industry trends, competitor strategies and best practices
- Act as an evangelist/advocate for (but not limited to) good UX writing, educating stakeholders andthe organization on the role of content in products
- Create a framework to measure the impact of content against key business metrics, constantlyrefining the process and reporting progress as required
- Ensure that all copy on our products comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Adopt a hands on approach in the UX process and delivering quality work on time
- Collaborate with various disciplines such as designers, researchers, developers, marketeers andproduct owners to deliver impactful experiences
- Solve complex problems through data-driven decisions to deliver clear, concise and usefulcontent for the user
- Define and implement a consistent voice and tone of the brand across multiple touchpoints
- Map user journeys, flows and information architecture to ensure best-in-class user experience
- Nurture team of UX writers and guide them on their career path

QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- A solid foundation of user-centered design principles and a high degree of empathy for UX
- Proven ability to craft, build and maintain content standards
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and team
- Ability to strategize and at the same time be hands-on
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and management
- Delivers quality work within tight timelines
- Strong team player who is also able to work independently
