Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience in the digital marketing field working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in working with or within the APAC gaming industry using Google’s publisher ad solutions
- Ability to speak and write in Korean fluently to work as the point of contact for Korean sales leadership

Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a management or technical field- Experience in working with Asia-Pacific markets, with exposure to mobile apps and gaming business
- Knowledge of Google’s app install and app measurement solutions (Firebase)
- Ability to pitch messaging to stakeholders of varying seniority levels
- Ability to work with multiple work-streams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal and problem solving skills, with demonstrated business judgment

**About the job**:
In this role, you will partner with and influence sales teams and sales communities to drive adoption and growth of app solutions for publishers. This will include building partnerships at various levels of the organization, with particular focus on partnering with Global Product Leads and Specialist Sellers.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, execute, and refine the APAC Go-to-Market strategy for app product suite (AdMob) with a focus on new and emerging formats
- Drive adoption of key products by collaborating and equipping sales specialists, sales communities, and teams across the organization
- Identify gaps in products and build business cases based on advertiser needs. Partner with cross functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives
- Lead our APAC wide Gaming efforts by working across multiple teams (sales, product, marketing, finance)
- Act as the point of contact for our Korean market including aligning with country leadership, understanding and advancing market needs
