Product Management Intern

**About The Role**

This role will require you to help the Ads and Promos (APP) team in product managing the Demand Side Platform, which is a transparent, one-stop platform of choice for Advertisers and Merchants to realise their full suite of advertising and promotional goals as they are able to discover, evaluate, plan and buy ad inventory/set up promotions within Gojek’s apps & hardware, and outside of Gojek’s ecosystem.

You will be expected to be project managing the product. You will be required to collaborate with key stakeholders from cross-functional teams within APP and outside APP (e.g. Design, Engineering, Research, Quality, Business, etc.).

- Duration 6 months preferable (flexible)
- Full-time involvement expected during internship

**What You Will Do**:

- Supporting DSP team daily, particularly on project execution for features and project administration
- Building and managing strategic frameworks like prioritisation, etc.
- Supporting ad-hoc qualitative & quantitative work, e.g. competitive analyses, collecting information from internal stakeholders, gathering data from various sources, etc.
- Assisting Product colleagues in documentation writing, e.g. Product Requirements Documentation (PRD), User Stories Documentation, etc.
- Supporting Product Operation processes, e.g. Engineering Sprint processes, etc

**What You Will Need**:

- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate
- High curiosity and passion for developing products in an online space (but doesn't need to know how to code)
- Collaborative, proven by experience with working in a team or leading a team (for stakeholder management)
- Strong communication skills
- Strategy-and-planning-focused
- Independent and self-driven
- Data-driven

Ads & Promo Platform is Gojek’s ambitious initiative to scale up its vision and business on AdTech. Our group deals with creating products for merchants to self-serve ads and promos to increase their growth. We also collaborate closely with other high traffic products like GoFood (10 million+ impressions a day) to showcase these Ads & Promos for millions of GoFood users.
