TikTok seeks an experienced product marketing professional with a background in App marketing to lead go-to-market for mobile performance advertising solutions. This role will lead a team of product marketing managers working on our App Ads Solution. The role involves close collaboration with both in-market Product Marketing Managers and product teams to have deep understanding of product. This means working with the team to analayze and understand product adoption, defining opportunities for our solutions, validating hypothesis through data and building materials that have the end customer in mind so we can ensure learnings are global.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Based on a strong knowledge of trends in the mobile marketing industry particularly in App Services to affect the direction of go-to-market for key product solutions
2. Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing and Product Marketing Managers to set long-term objectives to grow app ads adoption
3. Collaborate with Product Management, Sales and regional counterparts to build customer-centric solutions for our advertisers globally to drive app ads revenue growth
4. Partner closely with sales teams and utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of product development
5. Develop best practices through the lens of clients to drive business outcomes for our clients
6. Lead team to prioritize and manage between product and business priorities to ensure long term, healthy and resilient growth

**Qualifications**:
1. 8+ years experience in advertising and/or marketing with a focus on performance/direct response objectives with app experience
2. BA/BS degree or above
3. App Services industry expertise strong understanding of industry and client objectives with ability to position solutions with client-first mindset
4. Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
5. A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals
6. Experience in influencing product management decisions
7. Willingness to collaborate and work in matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders
8. 3+ years leading a team

Preferred qualifications
1. 3+ years product marketing experience with providing both strategic and tactical solutions
2. A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
