
Customer Experience Executive Eunos

**Location: 7 Minutes walk from Eunos MRT**
**Salary: Up to $3200**
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution.
- Devise and improvise systems and processes to enhance event support, streamlining operations.
- Prepare and handle event logistics, including venue selection, equipment arrangement, and participant coordination.
- Manage a diverse programme portfolio, ensuring all events align with organizational goals.
- Consolidate critical data from events and stakeholders, analyze information, and generate reports.
- Train and supervise event support assistants, fostering their professional growth and maintaining high performance standards.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including coaches, customers, and participants, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for events management, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.**:
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as per event requirements.**:
- Proactive and self-motivated with a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and addressing event needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to think on their feet and adapt to dynamic event scenarios.
- Experience in trading (stocks, etc.) and/or running events is considered a valuable asset.
