**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts to generate business leads, including utilising tools such as Canva or Adobe suite for design and content creation, and implementing strategies to drive online advertising campaigns.

3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the director and the team, including handling documentation, liaising with clients and insurers, and managing backend support. Assist with paperwork and system navigation tasks.

4. Client Servicing: Maintain positive relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

5. Lead Prospecting: Actively prospect for leads and identify potential business opportunities through various channels, such as online research, networking events, and industry contacts.

6. Training: Training will be provided to enhance skills in system navigation, communication with clients, paperwork, recruitment process, and telemarketing techniques.

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**
- Digital marketing skills: experience with Canva or Adobe suite is preferred
- Proficient inMicrosoft office (excel, word & powerpoint)
- Excellent communication skill in English. Mandarin language proficiency would be an asset
- Advantage with experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Strong organisational skills with attention to details
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business goals
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies and software

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,700.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
