**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated **Accounting & HR Administrator**to oversee financial accounting and human resources administration in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective HR support for our workforce.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Accounting & Financial Management**:
- Manage full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare financial statements, budgeting, and cost analysis for management reporting.
- Handle tax matters, including GST, corporate tax filings, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
**HR Administration & Compliance**:
- Administer employee benefits, including attendance and leave records, insurance, medical coverage, and statutory contributions (provident fund, workers’ levy, etc.).
- Maintain work permits, employment passes, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Support employee retention initiatives and oversee the exit process, including final payroll and clearance.
- Ensure HR policies are updated and aligned with legal requirements.
**Requirements**:
- **Qualifications**:Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Experience**:At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment handling both accounting and HR functions.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Familiarity with statutory contributions and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
