As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Command Centre remains an efficient call advisory centre and manage accident reporting appointments for our customers. Your role is pivotal in upholding our values for customer centricity. You will provide our customers with pleasant experiences, patiently attending to them and exceeding their expectations.

**Key responsibilities include -**

Manage accident enquiries/responses and facilitate timely e-filing of accident cases

Ensure timely accident deployment and responses

Monitor traffic condition for accident or any road construction or traffic jam

Arrange accident towing and ambulance (if necessary), ensure the rider(s) and tow truck reach the accident scene timely

Handling accident and claim enquires calls.

Assisting in accident appointment arrangement and rider deployment.

Assisting in Filing of accident reporting (face to face)

**Qualifications**

Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline with at least 2 years of Call Centre experience

Be able to work on rotational shifts including weekends

Customer service oriented with a pleasant personality

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Successful applicants will be required to obtain relevant insurance qualifications (BCP, PGI and ComGI)
